Your tasks

• Implementation of professional, individual and room-oriented care
• Support for residential management in the organisation and coordination of the housing sector and takeover of representation in absence
• Participation in the protection and further development of care quality
• Supporting the team in day care and promoting an appreciation of cooperation
• Work on organisational and conceptual tasks
• Professional and sensitive care and care of our clients

Your profile

• A completed training as a nursing specialist, caregiver, elderly caregiver or health caregiver Nurse/patient care
• Organizational talent and willingness to take decisions
• Social competence, team skills, loyalty and empathy
• Joy in working with older people
• Interest in professional development and the acquisition of additional qualifications
• Good PC knowledge
• Ideally first leadership experience
• Pleasure of coordinating and conceptual tasks and the willingness to a cooperative leadership style
