They have: • a completed 3-year training in the craft or industrial sector • good MS Office knowledge • Team skills, communication skills, motivation, flexibility • Individual initiative and independent action • ready-to-use and performance • good handling forms • Reliability, discretion and loyalty combined with high loadability • willingness to continue training in new tasks, e.g. elevator monitors, operation of technical systems, first aid, etc. • Class B driving licence

Your duties include: Contact person (m/w/d) bei haustechnical questions of the building • the energy and responsible operation of the technical installations and their control (heating and ventilation systems, emergency power plant, fire alarm system, intrusion alarm systems, loudspeaker systems, media analgae, water/waste water lines, closing door systems, elevators and other technical equipment) • Operation of building control technology • Control and coordination of craft services for the maintenance and maintenance of property • repairs and minor maintenance work in the interior and exterior of the building • Maintenance, maintenance and repair, closing services, outdoor cleaning, winter services, safety officer • Procurement of paper and hygiene requirements, supervision of cleaning of the external service provider • Call readiness services and working time during call readiness • School-organization tasks (preparing school spaces and events, messengers, consumables to acquire, manage and distribute, etc.)
