The Bremen site, which is the second largest in Germany after Hamburg, houses around 3,200 employees working in the fields of development, production, program management and finance. In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for you as a strategic buyer (d/m/w) Airbus at the location 28199 Bremen as part of the transfer of employees. The place is offered in full time with a 35-hour week.

Working in procurement and tendering processes, including supply management, contract negotiations and ensuring optimal purchasing conditions according to company specifications Monitoring and control of supplier performance over the entire contract lifecycle (innovation, development, series production, support) with focus on quality, logistics, costs and service Operational supplier management and active optimisation of customer benefit while reducing overall operating costs and identifying and evaluating risks Coordination and cooperation in MFT/MDT teams (multifunctional & multi-divisional teams) during tendering, awarding and contract implementation Interface agreement with internal stakeholders to ensure contractual, technical and economic requirements Documentation, analysis and continuous improvement of procurement processes, including monitoring of relevant contract and performance reviews

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, business management, supply chain management, project management or comparable qualification (Master/Diplom) Multiannual professional experience in purchasing, supply chain management, project management, contract management or finance Secure handling of SAP, MS Excel/Word as well as knowledge in project and process management Embossed analytical skills and the ability to quickly capture technical relationships Structured, independent and result-oriented operation as well as strong communication skills in handling internal and external contact persons German and English knowledge and international readiness (approx. 1x per quarter)
