In this role, you are responsible for the operational management and further development of the work preparation team. You ensure time, cost and quality objectives, ensure stable and efficient production processes for customer projects and promote the continuous improvement. Implementation of cost reduction programmes and standardizations Ensuring compliance with all internal compliance and confidentiality guidelines Responsibility for compliance with the project budget of work preparation and quality and appointments according to overall planning Management of and cooperation in interdisciplinar projects for the optimisation of processes and processes

Complete study in the field of machine and plant engineering, production control or comparable Representative leadership skills and traceable leadership experience Vocational practice in a similar management function, ideally in the context of plant construction or related industries German and safe knowledge of English in word and writing Com­munication, with the ability to make decisions and to represent them convincingly and to enter both internal and externally, professionally
