successfully completed studies of agricultural sciences (focus on plant engineering) or a comparable qualification (e.g. agricultural techniciansin, agricultural masterin) with relevant professional experience, well-founded knowledge of practical agriculture, in particular of organic farming, experience in agricultural testing is desirable, strong social and leadership skills as well as the ability to lead an existing team in an agricultural trial, to promote cooperation in the working day and to strengthen good cooperation; the competence to develop, together with the employees, proven workflows and to design changes constructively; good knowledge of English, independent, structured and responsible working methods as well as team skills, flexibility and willingness to continue.
