Controller (m/w/d) - Focus on Production

At the next time, we are looking for one/one for our site Wissens-Wisserhof Controller (m/w/d) - Focus on Production As a controller (m/w/d) in the production controller, you play a key role in the economic control of our production sites in the Mobile space systems division. You report to the Finance & Controlling department in a disciplined manner and work closely with the respective factory managers and production. In doing so, you create transparency about production costs, productivity and throughput times – and, with your analyses and recommendations for action, make a central contribution to the efficiency increase and strategic development of the works. Your focus at a glance: Economic analysis & cost control in production You ensure the cost-effectiveness of our production and continuously analyze cost structures and performance indicators. Building a cross-site production control You develop a group-wide system for controlling and comparing the production characteristics and ensure a uniform controlling methodology. Controlling production costs, throughput times and productivity You analyze relevant KPIs, identify optimization potentials and accompany measures to increase efficiency. Planning, reporting & measures controlling You create monthly, quarterly and annual evaluations, perform deviation analyses and actively support operational and strategic planning. Project support & decision templates You support investment and capacity decisions, support make-or-buy analyses, and prepare sound management policy templates. Cooperation & interface management You work closely with the factory and production managers as well as the fields of technology and purchasing, and contribute to the further development of controlling and reporting tools.

Graduate in Business Administration (BWL), Controlling, Economic Engineering, Finance and Accounting, Business Informatics or a comparable economic-technical degree course with Controlling Focus Multiannual professional experience (min. 3–5 years) in production or factory controlling, ideally in a medium-sized industrial company Knowledge in cost accounting, analysis of production characteristics (e.g. production costs, throughput times, capacity utilisation) and operational control Secure handling of ERP systems (e.g. Navision, Business Central, proALPHA or SAP), very good Excel knowledge and ideally experience with BI tools (e.g. Qlik) Good technical understanding combined with entrepreneurial thinking – ideal for the interface between production and controlling Structured, independent operation with a solution-oriented view for processes and optimization potentials Communication strength and enforcement capability – both in exchange with technical departments and in the commercial environment Teamability, reliability and a high level of commitment in a dynamic working environment
