Shipping clerk with a focus on offshore wind (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the operational execution of the day-to-day business, including the handling of ship and helicopter operations, the organisation of land transports, rental containers and activities at the warehouse locations, as well as procurement on behalf of the customer. The creation of the necessary documentation, such as customs documents, hazardous materials, manifestos and Paxlists, is one of your tasks. As a competent contact person, you are in direct contact with customers and suppliers and provide a smooth communication. You plan and coordinate the logistical processes and support the implementation of projects, including in the international context. You work in a flexible combination of office presence and home office, support the operative team in Bremen and also take responsibility for LZB and AEO topics.

You are professionally versed in customs issues, ideally bringing knowledge in the area of hazardous goods with or the willingness to work on these topics. First experiences in offshore wind are desirable, but no prerequisite. You can handle German and English fluently in word and writing and are sure to deal with the current MS Office tools. As a team player you convince with communication strength, flexibility and a solution-oriented way of thinking. A high self-motivation, the ability to work independently and the willingness to travel occasionally, e.g. to Emden, Cuxhaven or Rotterdam, complete your profile.
