Working in process management with focus on banking products Development of organisational structures, in particular in the field of core, support and management processes Participation in the care and optimization of the written order, including organisational manual and process map Administrative support of technical and system-related developments, in particular in release management and in the core banking system Support in the development of cross-functional management processes, as well as identity and rights management Cooperation in projects (e.g. implementation of new BWS processes from the Atruvia environment)

Completed training to the bank clerk / to the bank clerk (IHK) Continuing training at specialist level or relevant, certified further training in process management Practical experience in the field of banking organization or Process management of advantage
