Educator - Krumstedt (m/f/d)

In our youth group in Krumstedt near Meldorf, we accompany young people from the age of 12 to 18 years of age – reliably, facing and with the aim of strengthening them on their way. Become part of our team in full time!

Your tasks

Support: You accompany young people in their daily lives – both in the group and in individual contact. In doing so, you support them in school tasks, design leisure opportunities and are reliable on their side in the reference service.

Stable: You stand for clear structures, orientation and security – especially in challenging situations such as inobservations or acute crises. With tranquility, empathy and professional competence, you hold and create a secure framework.

Network work & development: You work closely with families, offices and other institutions, develop resource-oriented approaches and actively contribute to social-spatial work as well as to the further development of our educational offers.

Your profile

Qualifications: You have completed training as an educatorin (Heilpädagogin, Heilerziehungspfleger*in o.A.), have ideally already gained professional experience in child and youth assistance and has the licence of Class B.

Engagement:You dare to master challenging situations safely and in a solution-oriented manner and approach your tasks with commitment and expertise.

Team spirit: You are part of a motivated team that strengthens each other and works together at eye level. You will take you into case meetings, supervisions and conceptual processes – with openness and readiness to reflect.

Sustainability: Ob early, late or somewhere in between – you keep the overview, stay flexible and convince by reliability.
