Leading and Inspired: You take over the leadership of a dedicated team and promote the personal and professional development of your colleagues. Implementation of visions: You control exciting planning projects in road and rail construction – from the first idea to realization. Promoting innovation: They develop model-based processes and establish BIM standards in road transport engineering. Ensure quality: you keep an overview of trassing, earth construction, dewatering and coordinate projects from the microproject to the large project with a view to the large whole. Strengthen cooperation: They are the interface between internal and external partners.

Take this with you: A completed study in civil engineering, ideally focusing on traffic planning, railway or road. Multiannual experience in road traffic planning and joy in leading and inspiring a team. Funded know-how in traction software (e.g. ProVI, AutoCAD Civil3D, iTWOCivil, Card_1, Bentley) and enthusiasm for digital modes such as BIM. A compelling, independent way of working, combined with communication strength and a passion for modern construction. Excellent German knowledge and English knowledge for international projects.
