Strategic planning, optimization and implementation of efficient operations and administrative processes Building and further development of a common center structure with the Clinic for Neuroradiology Interface management between radiology, neuroradiology, clinic management, IT, purchasing and other areas Support for economic calculations, cost analysis and budget planning Optimization of radiological accounting (including GOÄ/DRG-relevant processes) Analysis and improvement of equipment utilization and radiological workflow Project management for digitization and process optimization projects Processing and interpretation of relevant performance and process characteristics (KPIs) Participation in quality management and certification support

Complete study in the field of health management, hospital management, health economy, process management or comparable qualification Alternative: Medical training with corresponding training in health management Experience in health, ideally in the radiological environment Knowledge of accounting structures and business relationships High IT affinity and experience with digital clinical systems (e.g. RIS/PACS) Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation Ability to interdisciplinary cooperation in the team
