Technical support for sales in the presales and analysis of technical, technical and regulatory requirements and existing IT landscapes Design of on-premises, cloud and hybrid IT architectures for authorities and public institutions Taking into account IT security requirements (BSI, IT-Grundschutz), data protection (GDPR), sovereignty and compliance requirements Technical solution positioning at customers (workshops, presentations, demos) Creation of solution concepts and architecture diagrams, technical supply components and decision and comparison templates Assessment of feasibility, risks, effort and costs Support for tenders and award procedures Ensure the feasibility and compliance of the solutions offered and close cooperation with sales, product management and delivery teams

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in IT environment (e.g. in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales/Technical Sales, Consulting or System Engineering), ideally in public sector or regulated industries Very good knowledge of IT infrastructures (server, storage, network), virtualization (e.g. Openstack, KVM), cloud technologies (private and public cloud) as well as good understanding of IT security taking into account BSI IT basic protection, compliance and data protection Experience with calculations, licensing models, TCO considerations and award procedures Basic understanding of project and product management as well as experience with architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, C4, etc.) Impressed communication and presentation capability and safe occurrence to authorities and contracting authorities Ability to display technical content correctly on sale and form, as well as a high level of responsibility and compliance thinking
