ID: 1700_000313 Vitos Nordhessen offers help for mentally ill adults, children and adolescents at 8 locations as well as people with orthopaedic diseases and chronic pain. For our 13-person staff team with location in Kassel and Bad Emstal we will look for you from 01.04.2026 or later as a full-time or part-time reinforcement from 20 hours/week. We take care of the personnel matters of our 1,600 employees of legal issues, personnel administration, personnel recruitment, IT assignment and working time management. Our service plan system is PEP from P&I Loga. This is already in use and is intended to be rolled out to all clinic areas and replace SP Expert. The TVöD and the TV doctors VKA are decisive collective agreements. The basic technical administration of PEP takes place centrally in Vitos Holding for the entire Vitos Group and is not part of the tasks.

Take over with an experienced colleague the control and coordination of the service plan processes for all areas and locations of Vitos Nordhessen according to current legal, tariff and operational regulations coordination of the service plan-side optimization of the minimum occupation requirements according to Psychiatry and Psychosomatics Directive (PPP-RL) in close coordination with personnel controlling and service planners, Significant cooperation in the further roll-out of PEP (supplementation of SP Expert) and in the implementation of partially new operating arrangements on the subject of service planning. Support and advice of managers / service plan managers on employment-time issues and in the preparation of personnel deployment planning. Participation in the development of new working time models in coordination with the HR department Technical support and optimization of the service plan software used in cooperation with the central PEP administration of the Group Holding. Conception and implementation of training/workshops for (new) executives and employees on service planning, working time regulations and software. Creation of evaluations, key figures and reports. Professional experience in working time or service plan management, ideally in hospital or healthcare. Knowledge of working time and work schedule processes and working time principles. Ready to qualify for legal foundations, for example the PPP RL. Safe handling of service plan software as well as high IT affinity; ideally experience with PEP from P&I Loga. Designed analytical and organizational competence as well as the joy of numbers, key figures and structured evaluations.
