You are responsible for a team of up to 20 employees You win new projects and customers for the company in close cooperation with sales You guide the projects from initial customer contact to costing to implementation You create and control detailed budget plans including Claim Management You develop long-term strategies to optimize processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's competitiveness

A successfully completed study in the field of civil engineering, business management, civil engineering or economic engineering Multiannual professional experience in turnkey construction, ideally in a leading position Embossed leadership and communication skills With creativity and entrepreneurial vision, you can look beyond the plate edge A safe occurrence and negotiation skills as well as relevant experience values in (construction) technical sales complete your profile
