You are responsible for carrying out maintenance and inspections in the field of production and formalisation operations at the Dormagen site according to our SAP maintenance plans You process messages/orders arising on mobile devices in the course of the maintenance and inspection plan after adjustment and control in operation They pay attention to cycles and main cycles and document the corresponding error diagnosis They are responsible for oil change, lubrication plans and oil level controls as well as for various condensing and EX protection tests They assist in company refurbishment processes and plant changes and ensure continuous availability of our plants and machines They support in operational silences and projects If necessary, they support the workshop and the techn. Stock They document the maintenance and repairs carried out and are responsible for the optimization of existing maintenance plans and assembly procedures They work taking into account the legal and Bayer internal safety regulations and operating instructions
