Head of Group Consolidation (m/f/d)

You work closely with management, operational units and experienced shareholders and take responsibility in an environment where your contribution is directly impacted.

Responsibility for Group-wide consolidation in the context of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Creation and control of IFRS and HGB consolidation at group level Responsibility for consolidation bookings, intercompany voting, debt, expenditure and income consolidation as well as capital consolidation Consolidation-side integration of newly acquired companies including initial consolidation, reporting structures and data quality Quality assurance of reporting and IFRS transmission data as well as clarification of deviations with companies in the context of consolidation Responsible for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements and the communication with auditors Development of consolidation logics, consolidated accounts plans, reporting structures and system processes Responsibility for the introduction or optimization of consolidation and reporting systems Preparation of analyses, overheads and management information related to consolidated financial statements and group reporting

Multiannual experience in consolidation, group accounting or group accounting in a group Funded knowledge in IFRS and HGB as well as very good understanding of consolidated financial statements Experience with capital consolidation, intercompany voting, reporting packages and calendars Found experience with consolidation systems, ideally LucaNet, as well as ERP systems and very good Excel knowledge Experience with complex, decentralised corporate groups, equity structures and buy-and-build environments Experience in cooperation with auditors and local financial teams High number affinity, process strength and strong understanding of data flows in financial reporting Structured, pragmatic and hands-on mode of operation Ability to control final processes, detect bottlenecks early and reliably solve them High communication strength and ability to clearly guide local units through reporting and closing requirements Very good knowledge of German and English
