You actively work with sales projects and support Sales Managers (w/m/d) in their implementation. You are introducing yourself into marketing projects by creating presentations, accompanying campaigns and shaping social media contributions. You create convincing customer presentations for sales projects as well as internal reports. You will work on and develop our CRM and Corporate Intelligence tool in cooperation with the central Customer Experience Team. You'll start Sales KPI reporting and dashboards to make sales performance measurable. You conduct market and industry research and analysis to generate valuable insights for the company. You ensure a continuous flow of information on sales and marketing topics across areas, locations and borders, working closely with the different internal stakeholders (w/m/d). You evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing and sales initiatives and make recommendations for action.

You have a degree with a focus on marketing or sales, a completed training in this area or a comparable qualification. You will find yourself in the described area and have already gained experience in a comparable position. You want to let your ideas go free with presentations, campaigns and content creations. You work structured, you like to organize and have knowledge of how to prepare information in a targeted and appealing manner. You are a self-starter (w/m/d) with self-motivation and enjoy being successful together with the team. With your open mindset, you can set up different partners (w/m/d) and corporate cultures and do so confidently in German and English.
