Your tasks Future- and quality-oriented leadership as well as strategic further development of the area You carry out the tasks of the central body monetary laundering officer, of the Compliance Officer under the Securities Trading Act and of the Compliance Officer to MaRisk Ensuring compliance with legal and supervisory requirements in the fields of money laundering prevention, prevention of other criminal acts as well as securities and MaRisk compliance You take responsibility for various and demanding tasks from the supervisory right for credit institutions Direct reporting to the Chairman of the Board and trusted cooperation in all relevant topics You expertly advise the Executive Board, executives and employees on supervisory and compliance-related issues Analysis of regulatory developments and identification and assessment of relevant risks for the sustainable development of compliance structures

Your profile (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification, e.g. B. a legal or economic studies You bring at least three years of professional experience in these areas – ideally with a savings bank or another credit institution First leadership experience or motivation to develop yourself into a leading role You have well-founded legal knowledge in supervisory law, in particular in the above topics Banking knowledge and good understanding of financial relations You convince by self-responsibility, reliability and a sovereign appearance and action Enforcement strength, decision-making pleasure as well as pronounced analytical and communicative skills complete your profile
