Our practice is a modern practice with a competent team that currently consists of 3 dentists and approx. There are 10 other employees of various dental fields. Our patients are always at the centre of our work. We work in a wide range of services in the field of high-quality dental preservation, digital workflow, cerec, implantology, prosthetics, endodontics and periodontology. We are looking for YOU as a backup at the reception at the next time in full time or part-time.

Career: Whether by phone or personal - You are the first contact person(s) for our patients and represent our practice. Organization: You always have a look at the treatment calendar, forget about it based dates and coordinate the practice processes. Order: You take the ordering and take care of the administration. Administration: In addition, you can contribute to a variety of administrative activities in the context of everyday practice and thus jointly ensure a smooth daily routine.

We wish: Experience & qualification: You have a completed training as ZFA / ZMF / ZMV (m/w/d) and already at least. 1-2 years of professional experience. Ideally, you know the processes at the reception or bring the willingness to work quickly. Personality: You place great value on a service-oriented patient care, communicate clear and friendly and create a pleasant atmosphere at the reception. Cohesion: It is important to you that patients are satisfied, everyday practice is structured and we work together hand in hand. Passion: You have fun at your job and work with commitment in new areas of work, are reliable and bring a strong organizational skill.
