HR Operations Administrator (m/w/i) You control the entire staff administration along the Employee Lifecycle – from entry to personal changes to exit. You create work contracts, contract changes, certificates and other personal documents with high care and quality. You maintain our personal master data and ensure the quality of our HR systems. You coordinate the administrative processes relating to pay billing, time management, government and social security issues in close cooperation with internal interfaces. You are the first contact person for employees and executives with administrative HR questions and provide a professional HR service. You continuously develop our administrative HR processes and actively promote the digitization of our personnel management. You bring structure to our HR organization, identify optimization potentials and design efficient standards. You work closely with HR Business Partners (m/w/i) as well as Talent Management and ensure that operational excellence and strategic personnel work are handled.

have completed commercial training, ideally with continuing training in staffing, or a comparable qualification. bring several years of professional experience in staff administration or HR operations. are safe in the labour, social security and ideally wage tax law. Experience in handling HR systems and digital processes. structured, reliable and independent work.
