Content Manager Lidl Plus temporary (mwd)

Lidl Plus is one of the largest customer retention programs in food retail. You are responsible for all actions and campaigns related to your team from planning to implementation. You trade customer-oriented and control the further development of the app together with your team and international colleagues. Whether for our customers or colleagues – As a team we are always in action to make a little more possible every day. The place is limited to 2 years.

In your role as a specialist / Content Manager Lidl Plus you are for creation incl. Appendix and support the weekly Lidl Plus actions.

... that means:

● Correct and timely installation of the weekly Lidl Plus offers and coupons ● Installation of gamification functions such as the Lidl points and win games ● Installation of banners, surveys and action concepts ● Verification of correctness and quality assurance of well maintained content ● Communication with interfaces between internal areas (Lidl Plus planning, purchasing Food, Shopping Non-food, Marketing, etc.) ● Check and edit Lidl Plus customer feedback

• Complete commercial vocational training • First professional experience in content installation / app support desirable • Very good knowledge of German in word and writing • Structured, conscientious and organized work and quality awareness • The desire to further develop our digital channels and to introduce your own ideas • Safe handling of Google, especially sheets, Salesforce knowledge desirable
