We are looking for an employee Maintenance Management (m/w/d)

Documentation of maintenance logs in the maintenance database and archiving of documents Filling and maintenance of the maintenance database with maintenance specifications Coordination of maintenance and maintenance activities of installations and equipment with internal interfaces, suppliers and construction sites Coordination of maintenance requirements with suppliers Creating lists of activities and protocol templates for military drivers Contact person for the maintenance of equipment and equipment during the storage, construction and production phase of the ships Support in the creation of project-specific documents, such as project procedure instructions, forms and templates Support in the further development of the maintenance database

Graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Shipbuilding, Ship Operations Engineering experience in a comparable position, ideally in shipbuilding, in the maritime industry and/or with contracting authorities Experience in handling service providers and suppliers Experience in working with databases Set priorities Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Embossed technical understanding Timely and solution-oriented approach Very good German and good English skills Analytical, structured and conscientious procedure
