Technical Sales Support for Security Technology – Munich (Ismaning) (m/f/d)

As part of our sales service in Munich, you will ensure that security solutions that work from technical customer requirements. In doing so, you actively contribute your know-how from security technology and develop resilient offers together with sales and technology. In short – without you nothing is going on in the sales process. Let's start your new working day: A customer request is waiting for you. Calculate offers: You analyze technical customer requirements, select suitable system components and calculate structured offers for fire detection, burglary or video security systems. Support customers: A customer needs support – you are a competent contact person for technical or commercial queries and accompany the request independently up to the delivery fee. Support alerts: You will check performance directories and tender documents and make them structured in calculable tender positions – even in functional tenders. Vote with the team: Whether technology, service or project management – you agree closely with the colleagues involved and ensure that all relevant information is collected in the offer process. Use tools: With MS Dynamics, Sugar CRM or Excel, you have your calculations, projects and quotations at any time. Your experience in security technology helps to translate technical requirements into economically viable solutions.

You are ideally from the electronic security technology industry – e.g. from an inverter or manufacturer of fire detection, burglary or video systems. Therefore, you bring a completed training in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable technical qualification. In your previous activity, you have already gained insights into sales processes and ideally gained first experience in technical offer skalkulation or project support. You work structured, think technically and economically at the same time and enjoy developing solutions for demanding customer requirements together with colleagues.
