INNOVATION AND NORMATION MANAGER (M/W/D)

for our application standard.

Do you work with passion for innovation projects and love new challenges? Do you enjoy national and international standardization work? The revision of application standards and the representation of corporate interests at national and international level are your subject? Then we have exciting and forward-looking tasks for you:

• Market observation to determine and implement new technology trends in terms of portfolio and product requirements

• Initiation and control of innovation projects in line with the further development of the standard landscape and superior technical market trends

• Cooperation in the strategic coordination of standards and work in standardisation bodies

• Representation of business interests in associations and standardization committees at national and international level.

• Development and revision of the application standards and their preparation for interface partners, such as development

• Coordination of the flow of information between the different standardization participants in the company

• Complete technical studies with a focus on electrical engineering or comparable study

• Multiannual professional experience in an electrotechnical professional environment

• First experience in standardization and/or association work is desirable

• Good analytical thinking and the ability to understand complex information

• High level of self-organisation, self-initiative and sense of responsibility and systematic approach

• Team-based work and strong solution orientation; open to agile project work

• negotiating skills and implementation and enforcement

• Very good knowledge of English (in word and writing)
