Data Protection Coordinator / BCM Manager (m/f/d)

You coordinate data protection checks on new projects and changes and submit the list of processing activities You create and update privacy policies and data protection information and develop deletion and storage management You control and develop our business continuity management system (BCMS) including policies, standards and processes Together with the departments, you analyze business-critical risks and effects (BIA) and develop suitable precautionary, emergency, and restart measures You advise executives and stakeholders on business continuity, emergency and crisis management and accompany appropriate exercises You maintain relevant legal, regulatory and normative requirements, in particular BSI 200-4 and ISO 22301 You also work closely with information security, IT, data protection, risk and crisis management and support management through regular reporting

This is what you bring in the area of data protection: You have a successfully completed Master of Laws degree (L.L.M.) A well-founded qualification in data protection distinguishes you You bring a good understanding of technical and organizational measures This is what you bring in BCM: You have detectable experience in building up, implementing or developing a BCM system The relevant BCM standards such as ISO 22301 and BSI 200-4 You have a good understanding of information security (ISO 27001) This is what distinguishes you: You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the searched area You are characterized by an analytical, strategic and risk-reducing thinking and you develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions You’re a self-contained, structured and proactive way of working and driving themes forward independently You convince with absolute discretion, a high sense of responsibility and a safe occurrence at management level to promote cooperation German knowledge of C1 level we require
