You act as a specialist expert:in for our customers, you actively contribute your knowledge and experience to our projects. You are responsible for the solutions in the project and create so real added value for our customers. As a product expert:includes the technical requirements of our customers and develops sustainable solutions. You configure and model customer-oriented data models, charge them via BSI.EIP and provide them for third-party systems. Integrate the various resystems of our customers: BSI.EIP and accompany the integration of the BSI Customer Suite into the existing system landscape.

You have a degree in economic informatics, computer science, mathematics or physics. You have already gained relevant professional and project experience and gained well-founded knowledge in the BSI Customer Suite or comparable CRM systems – especially in the modules BSI.CRM, BSI.EIP and ideally BSI.CX. Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript are advantageous. You have an analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working, likes to introduce your creativity and initiative and are strong to communication and responsible. You have a passion for modern software solutions and are happy to work with internal and external experts. For work in projects with our customers: you bring a Germany-wide readiness to travel as well as knowledge of German and very good English.
