Your tasks:

This is your job in the future

• Guide and moderate all Agile meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
• Coaching and mentoring of team members in Agile principles and practices to promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Cooperation with the Product Owner for effective prioritization of the Backlog
• Product Owner support in creating clear and precise user stories
• Help in defining DoD (Definition of Done) and DoR (Definition of Ready) as well as eliminating obstacles to the team
• Identification of dependencies within the project to avoid delays in the sprint targets
• Tracking the Velocity of the team to ensure incremental deliveries of each user story per sprint
• Cooperation in the SAFe context with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and other Scrum Mastern

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Successfully completed studies in engineering, computer science or a similar field with IT background
• At least 3 years of experience as Scrum Master with strong understanding of Agile methods such as Scrum
• Knowledge of object-oriented software development (C++, Python, Yocto) desirable for effective communication with the development team
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Experience in SAFe Framework and the ability to work in a scaled agile environment
