Asset Accountant (m/f/d)

Examination, confirmation and booking of invoices (construction/service provider,) clarification of differences with internal departments and external service providers Collection, activation and maintenance of fixed assets (bases, buildings, technical installations) incl. master data and assignment to objects/locations Figure of accesses, partial accesses, rebookings, departures and decommissioning Current depreciation according to HGB as well as maintenance of usage times and components Implementation of periodic inventory and coordination with the accounting system Participation in the preparation of the annual accounts (level of investment, provisions, delimitations, liabilities) Creation of plant mirrors, coordination with main book, preparation of test-relevant documents Support for external and internal audits (annual financial statements, internal audits), including demonstration and process descriptions Accompanying construction and conversion projects from accounting perspective Documentation of value-relevant measures and documents Maintenance and quality assurance of property-related master and movement data Participation in the optimization of accounting processes (digitalization, automation, interfaces)

Successfully completed commercial training with further training to the account holder or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience, in particular in plant accounting Experience in handling SAP S4HANA, ideally with SAP FI, MM and PS Very good knowledge in handling the MS Office package Self-structed, structured, conscientious and responsible manner of operation and pronounced understanding of numbers Embossed team capacity and high self-initiative
