Internal Sales (m/w/d)

For our customers in Koblenz we are now looking for a dedicated employee (m/w/d) in the sales service.

• independent processing of offers and orders in cooperation with external service and sales department - technical and commercial advice of customers on the phone - sovereign price negotiations and project management in complex projects - structuring and management of customer requests - coordination of delivery dates, processing of complaints and active care of customer relationships

• Successfully completed studies in business engineering or training for technicians - Strong affinity for sales and ideally professional experience in B2B customer management - High service and customer orientation, commitment and communication strength - Very good German and good English knowledge in word and writing, further language knowledge of advantage - Safe handling of MS office products, experience with ERP systems and SAP desirable
