• You take over the professional leadership and motivation of a medium-sized team in one shift at our logistics location.

• You are responsible for the planning, control and monitoring of operations and are responsible for personnel deployment planning.

• In your role, you are also a contact person for employees, customers and other executives.

• You are actively involved in the operational processes, support your team on the surface and are a model,

when it comes to safety, cleanliness and order.

Your basis is a completed training, ideally a specialist in warehouse logistics.

• In the past, you have been able to gain first leadership experience as a shift leader in the logistical environment and

proves organizational skill.

• In stressful situations, we can rely on your cool head and your macher mentality.

Your communication strength.
