In our team “Hochbau” you work on exciting construction and maintenance projects around drinking water processing and distribution – from high tanks to modern pressure boosters. You combine technology, organization and practice directly on site. The two-year trainee program starts in October 2026 and is accompanied by a workshop series and an extensive mentoring. During the program, various stations are run through and excursions are organized in the trainee network. Following the programme, there are best takeover opportunities.

You support and accompany the management of construction in the implementation and commissioning of various construction projects In addition, the maintenance of buildings and construction facilities for drinking water treatment and distribution Your responsibility lies in the organisation and monitoring of the maintenance of our domestic equipment by external service providers In order for the construction site operation to run smoothly, organize and control measures for troubleshooting and deficiencies elimination On technical drawings, concepts and documentation, you work with and update inventory documents Regular building status records and assessments are also carried out – both indoors and outdoors You benefit from a close support, a valuable mentoring and build a strong network during the program A multi-company workshop series awaits you to expand your strengths and an exciting exchange with other trainees

A completed Bachelor Program in Facility Management, Technical Building Equipment (TGA); Engineering or Civil Engineering Good knowledge of heating, ventilation and sanitary technology as well as relevant standards (VOB, HOAI, operator responsibility etc.) A very good understanding of technical relationships, a quick detection of complex facts and solution orientation A self-sponsored and structured way of working as well as the joy of working together in the team A good written and oral form as well as a safe occurrence in internal and external interlocutors Good MS Office knowledge and first experience with CAD software A readiness for work in the field and a class B driving licence
