As a machine operator milling (m/w/x) you can independently produce constantly changing mechanical parts on CNC milling machines. This includes programming, setting up and operating the machine technology provided. We are happy to entrust you with the following tasks:

Your role Operation of 5-axis milling centres and staff according to existing set-up sheets and work plans

Safe handling of CNC controls by Heidenhain and Siemens companies

Self-programming, setting up and operating the CNC milling machines

performing corrections up to production release

Selection of suitable tools and presetting of tools

Close cooperation with work preparation and quality assurance to optimize program processes and ensure the high quality requirements of the manufactured parts

A completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m/w/x), machining mechanic (m/w/x) or comparable

Experience in the production of constantly changing fine mechanical components

An exceptionally high quality awareness as well as a structured and independent way of working

Communication and team skills as well as customer orientation, creativity and hands-on mentality

Ready to work in the 3-shift system
