As a dedicated foreman/team manager*in Cleaning (m/w/d), you can help our patients feel comfortable in a well-maintained and safe environment. With your commitment, you will make an important contribution to health and recovery – responsibly, reliably and with a view to details.

Responsibility for the implementation, compliance and further development of cleaning standards and hygiene concepts Regular control of object and quality standards Coordination and monitoring of all operational processes (basic and special cleaning) Ensuring the cost-effectiveness of your area-hour maintenance and control of cost development Creation of schedules, holiday plans and proofs of hours First contact for the clinic and staff

Completed training in the field of building cleaning or facility management desirable- but not absolutely necessary Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Impressed organisational and enforcement skills Knowledge of common hygiene standards and regulations German in Word and Writing
