Property Manager for Campus in Munich (m/f/d)

Our client is a medium-sized consulting company in the real estate development sector with more than 100 employees throughout Germany. The sympathetic company is on a further growth course and is now looking for a prestigious, traditional location with over 20,000 square meters and exceptionally large tenant variety of a sympathetic property manager (m/w/d) with hands-on mentality and a good feeling for people and tenants.

In your role as a property manager, you work independently and are responsible for the portfolio management of your property as well as ensuring smooth, sustainable leases. You control external service providers, take the concerns of the tenants seriously and moderate expectations with charm and emphasis.

Technical and commercial support and management of a commercial property Area management as well as tenant portfolio management: ties, hold, develop and, if necessary, terminate tenants in the sense of location development Management of lease, supply and service contracts including the selection and control of external service providers Development, planning and implementation of object strategies and business plans together with asset management Support in the production of operating and heating cost accounting and the processing of objections Implementation of object visits and determination of value conservation measures

Completed training in real estate or completed university studies with specialisation in property management or real estate management Multiannual professional experience in technical or commercial property management for commercial real estate Team player with high motivation, independent working and entrepreneurial thinking Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and strong customer and service orientation German excellent in word and writing
