Working Student Real Estate Business Intelligence (m/w/d)

In the Portfolio Management & European Data department, we are responsible for all reporting data on our European real estate portfolio, sales and development. The department consists of three areas of “Portfolio Management”, “Data Engineering”, and “Business Itelligence”. For Business Itelligence, we are now looking for creative and data-affine support, especially in the development of dashboards for the German Portfolio Management / Portfolio Controlling :

Care, care and further development of the existing data structure / Datawarehouse (primary Microsoft Fabric) Support and implementation of data analysis / KPIs (SQL, Power BI) Creation of BI– Reports Acquisition of Ad-hoc analyses in the daily business, also for the Team Portfolio Management / Portfolio Controlling Further development of professional and technological expertise in Office 365 environment Participation in projects for the automation of evaluations and processes

You are a student (w/m/d) of a subject with a focus on BWL or comparable and want to apply the theoretically acquired knowledge in the context of data analysis You have at least good knowledge in the MS Office 365 world, especially Excel, and PowerPoint, ideally also in PowerBI SQL and/or DAX knowledge would be ideal, but are not necessary You have a strong understanding of numbers and understand how to analyze it and transfer it to reports, and you are interested in introducing yourself into different tasks and supporting small projects. A structured, independent way of working and communication skills in the team environment You combine sense of responsibility with motivation Very good knowledge of German and English
