As a home technician, you make sure that our real estate and technical facilities work reliably and become part of a strong team in workplace & infrastructure management.

You can safely operate the building You coordinate the inspection, maintenance and maintenance of the industrial plants (electric, ventilation, refrigeration, heating, and cooling systems, water treatment) You opt for our systems energetically according to EMG/DIN ISO50001 You find faults and reliably correct faults You are ready for use in standby and special services You carry out small repairs and care for plant documentation You enter foreign companies and service providers in building management You support ServicePoint, Fieldservice, Reception, Events and Building Security You jump flexibly in the region Mitte (Rhein-Main area)

You have a completed training in a technical craftsmanship, for example as an electrical technician:in, plant mechanic:in or mechatronic:in for ventilation/heating/air conditioning Ideally you bring experience in MSR technology You're sure to go with modern tools and MS Office 365 You think quality-conscious and across-the-range You are interested in cross-disciplinary activities as well as further education and training You appear friendly and confident You like working in the team and are service-oriented in dealing with colleagues: You have a class B licence and are ready to travel nationwide
