Production Assistant Final Inspection (m/f/d)

We are looking for you! - From now on, full-time for a well-known international company from the automotive supplier industry in Schweinfurt.

These are your tasks:

• retrofitting of production machines, modules and measuring devices (depending on the range: final control such as automatic vision and crack testing machines, sorting machines and chains)
• Keeping the presets according to the setting data sheets
• Armor in the scheduled time
• TPM according to maintenance plan (machine park of a line)
• Implementation of basic machine adjustments (e.g. after maintenance)
• Preparing tools
• Conducting the necessary tests for machine re-settings and obtaining the production release at QS
• Eliminating more complex sequence disorders and quality deficiencies
• Implementation of small repairs and support maintenance in repairs

Take this with you:

• Long-standing experience in industry
• General manufacturing skills
• knowledge of the conversion of NC-controlled machines
• Product knowledge
• Experience in adjusting, brushing and operating production systems
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Stability, teamability
