Quality Technician (m/f/d)

The Quality Technician position ensures the efficient implementation of the daily quality and regulatory processes with a strong focus on data management in SAP as well as the operational support of the quality range. In addition, in the absence, the position acts as a representative of the quality management function (QM) and thus ensures the continuity of critical quality processes and a smooth flow of documentation.

The position is written in parttime with 24–30 hours per week, with the possibility of a full-time job. The activity is done on site on five days a week. With regard to working hours, we offer flexibility – the daily starting times can be individually agreed.

Ensuring efficient implementation of daily quality and regulatory processes Maintaining, managing and ensuring data quality in SAP Operational support of quality in the implementation of quality standards and regulatory requirements Processing, maintenance and tracking of quality-relevant documentation and records Support in compliance with internal quality guidelines and legal and regulatory requirements Coordination and ensuring a smooth flow of documentation and information within the quality organization Cooperation with internal interfaces to support quality-related processes and projects Takeover of representation tasks in quality management in absences Ensuring the continuity of critical quality processes and quality-relevant activities during representation phases Support for audits, inspections and implementation of correction and improvement measures Participation in the continuous improvement of quality, documentation and data management processes Analysis and maintenance of quality-relevant master data to ensure high data integrity

Experience in a production environment of the food, pharmaceutical or related process industry, ideally in the field of quality assurance or quality control. Knowledge in SAP and experience in handling quality-relevant master data. Understanding quality documentation such as analysis certificates (CoA), technical data sheets (TDS) and product specifications. Basic knowledge of food safety standards, such as FSSC 22000 or comparable standards. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
