Senior Consultant (m/w/d) - Change Enablement

You control and coordinate IT-Changes for commissioning and implementing IT operations. The further development and optimization of the IT-Change-Enablement is your responsibility. You encourage close cooperation and communication with relevant stakeholders, in particular with specialist and IT departments. You take care of the quality and traceability of IT-Changes and their documentation. IT-Change effects are analyzed by you and you carry out risk assessments to support sound decisions. Introducing new tools and methods in the IT-Change environment, you are supporting.

You have a degree in (economic) informatics, economics or comparable qualifications. You bring well-founded knowledge in IT-Service management, especially in IT-Change Management. There is an ITIL certification (ITIL V3 or ITIL 4) and practical experience in their application. Embossed analytical skills as well as a structured way of working distinguish you. Communication strength and moderation skills in dealing with different stakeholders are among your strengths.

Salary: You receive a collectively regulated remuneration (compulsory contract for private insurance). In addition, you receive holiday and Christmas money as well as extensive social benefits - including an occupational pension scheme. In addition, a future-proof workplace awaits you.

Homeoffice: Depending on the location and arrangement with your leadership, you can choose between different home office models. At least two days are provided at the LVM campus. In addition to a fully-fledged technical equipment, you will receive a unique home office tray of 800 € gross.

Work-Life-Balance: Our flexible working time regulation with a 38-hour week and 30 holiday days allows you to adjust your working hours in consultation between 7 am and 8 pm. In this case, any overtime that has been completed is of course paid out or can alternatively be compensated for by leisure.
