Lead & develop: You guide your Java team professionally and disciplinefully and actively and sustainably support the further development of team members. Capacity & cost control: You are responsible for the capacity planning of your team and ensure demand-oriented Java development capacities for our development and delivery streams within the organization – always taking into account costs and budget. In doing so, you will ensure a balanced and efficient utilization of the team. Designing technology: You accompany technical decisions and standardizations in the Java technology sector and act as an active part of the team itself hands-on in software development. This brings you your know-how and participates in the solution and implementation. Ensure quality: You are responsible for the technical quality of your team and ensure high standards and best practices in software development, architecture and code quality. Strengthen cooperation: You promote knowledge transfer and work closely with other teams, development and delivery streams as well as adjacent disciplines.

Acquired qualification: Complete study of computer science, software technology or a comparable qualification as well as many years of experience in Java software development. Modern skills: knowledge of Java, software architecture, design-patterns, testing as well as modern development processes, CI/CD and version management. Leadership & Communication Strength: Embossed Leadership, and Organizational Competence, Enforcement, Communication Strength, and the ability to motivate teams even in challenging situations. Your German skills are at least on Level C1. Solution orientation: Structured and independent working, solution-oriented thinking, and the ability to process complex technical issues independently. Quality & Flexibility: Embossed quality awareness, binding appearance and readiness to travel for occasional travel and driving licence Class B.
