We are now looking for a dedicated dietary assistance or a diet cook (m/w/d) for our business area of exercise & procurement, which makes an important contribution to the optimal and individual catering of our patients with professional competence, creativity and pleasure in healthy nutrition.

Your role:

• With care and responsibility you take care of the preparation of meals (diet and special food forms) that are individually tailored to the nutritional needs of our patients
• With empathy and professional competence, the patients of the Centre for Palliative Medicine advise on their menu wishes and nutritional needs and work closely with our nutrition team
• They work routined with a modern Cook & Chill system and use our comprehensive food catalog for optimal supply
• The evaluation of the menu orders using the software OrgaCard is also part of your tasks
• With a trained view, you can carry out the quality and quantity control of the portioned meals for around 1,300 patients at the food distribution band
• With pleasure, you pass on your expertise and take over the professional guidance of employees and trainees
• The consistent adherence to hygiene, quality and work safety regulations is obvious to you and part of your professional claim

Your profile:

• You have a state-recognized degree as a diet assistant (m/w/d) or diet cook (m/w/d) and several years, matching professional experience that completes your professional profile
• They bring well-founded knowledge of nutrition and make menus with creativity and joy, so they are both nutritious and appealing
• You have a real passion for nutritional issues and health, show flexibility, resilience and stay confident in stressful situations
• A valid vaccine protection against measles is available
• Good PC knowledge and experience in handling menu ordering software are of advantage
• You have (at least) a language certificate German B2 or higher to be able to communicate safely and clearly
• Knowledge of hygiene and quality standards and compliance with our HACCP concept are of course for you
• They are willing to take care of weekend and holiday services and receive a corresponding compensation for leisure; the start of work depends on the time of use at 04:30 or 07:15
