The content of the job is the management of the Group's participation accounting and, in this context, the perception of leadership tasks. Participation accounting provides services in the field of accounting and business consulting on basic technical questions with a directional significance for the 100% subsidiary of the University and the participation Carolinum (Zahnarzts Universitätsklinikum) gGmbH. A completed (specialized) college degree course Business Administration with a focus on controlling, financial and accounting, or comparable knowledge/ skills/experiences in the field of accounting, accounting and cost-performance accounting (e.g. proven by additional qualification as an accounting/tax expert), very good practical knowledge through many years of relevant experience in internal and external accounting of at least six years, absolute accounting and financial security; deep knowledge of modern standard software, as far as possible DATEV and SAP (module FI, FI-AA and CO) and Microsoft Office, very good and comprehensive knowledge and control of the application of commercial, tax and household law (LHO and VV-s) as well as adjacent legal areas; proven and profound experience in group and participation accounting and the associated consolidation processes; experience in employee management, practical experience in project management and project work as well as good knowledge of English in word and writing. Knowledge of higher education structures and the specific requirements in the management of employment are of advantage, in particular with reference to the Hesse Land Contituency Guide and the National Budgets Regulation.
