You want to take responsibility, actively shape processes and ensure the smooth operation of our ADAC air rescue campus? As an object coordinator (w/m/d) in technical workmanship, you are the organizational centrepiece of the company. You control and coordinate external service providers for smooth processes between the companies, customers, caterers and the reception located on the campus and actively introduce new ideas to optimize our processes.

With your technical know-how, your safe appearance and your structured way of working, you make sure that everything goes round on our campus.

Technical and infrastructural building management - You monitor and ensure compliance with all ADAC air rescue operator requirements as an object coordinator in the technical, infrastructure and commercial building management. You have the responsibility for the implementation and control of all facility management processes. Interface & Contact - As a central contact for the facility management service provider on campus, you also serve as a responsible interface between the ADAC air rescue, campus tenants, and the catererer as well as as a contact person for tenant concerns, including the care and management of lease agreements. Cost & Process Management - You take over and monitor the control and analysis of current building costs, conduct optimization measures to reduce costs, coordinate and organize procurement measures for the building, first evaluates, reports and decision templates for the area management and advance the initiation and implementation of process improvements.

The theory sits - you have a qualification as a master or state-tested technician (w/m/d) in the fields of electrical engineering, HKLS, supply technology or refrigeration technology or an equivalent technical training. Alternatively, you have a degree in Facility Management. Know-How - You have well-founded experience in occupational and health protection and have already performed this function successfully. You also have a valid class B driving license. Professional experience - You can look back on multi-year (min. 5years) professional experience in Facility Management as well as technical support for properties and building management. Communication - You are safe to negotiate and enforceable, convince with a friendly appearance and a good expression and are able to communicate complex facts clearly and understandably. What completes your profile - your way of working is structured and sustainable, so you can keep an overview even in challenging situations. You perform your tasks reliably and autonomously, set clear priorities and anticipate.
