You work closely with the IT management and the departments. In addition to strategic topics, you will stay close to operational IT operations and projects. Our IT operation ensures that everything is running – stable, safe and sustainable. We operate a highly available, virtualized system landscape and continuously develop their architecture. Together with strong managed service partners and specialised service providers, we ensure reliable operation, meet regulatory requirements and actively drive technological innovations. Total responsibility for operation, availability, performance and stability of our system and application landscape Strategic development of our IT architecture and operating models Disruption and problem management to ensure smooth IT operation Control and implementation of IT projects and coordination of external service providers and partners Creation of budget planning, monthly reports and IT-KPIs for management Leadership, coaching and further development of two teams and promotion of open and cooperative cooperation Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (including CRA, DORA, BAIT, ZAIT, MaRisk)

Management experience in the IT environment, ideally in the banking sector Completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification or corresponding professional experience Fit in handling Linux/Shell, SQL and know-how in backup & restore Knowledge of IT security requirements Experience in the operation of heterogeneous IT systems and in IT project management Advantageous knowledge of bank requirements (e.g. CRA, DORA, BAIT, ZAIT, MaRisk) Impressed communication and leadership skills as well as joy in developing teams
