You evaluate grant decisions and examine them for legal, contractual and administrative provisions. advise project managers on grant requirements and financial questions.

create medium requirements, evidence of use and document third-party funding projects comprehensively. monitor payment inputs, book output invoices and create rebooking documents. support third-party funding projects by preparing documents, archiving and administrative activities.

You have a completed commercial vocational training.

have well-founded expertise in the right to grant and apply them safely in practice. bring safe handling of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook), as well as in an ERP system. work reliably, independently and structured. enrich our team with cooperation and team skills and helpfulness.
