The Department Disposal Account Corrent develops applications around the core bank application - including the disposition and overdrafting of current accounts as well as the reminding process of account corrent, Pfändungbearbeitung and the asset line/KREAKTIV. We thus make a central contribution to efficient management of payment processes and risks.

Support and optimisation of our applications, including the identification of potential for improvement (particularly paving and active line/KRAKTIV) Development and coordination of technical concepts with stakeholders Consulting customers and processing of customer requests, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships Planning and performing tests, including first steps to automate test processes Implementation of detailed data analyses for decision support and presentation of results before internal team Analysis of market trends and derivation of recommendations for action to improve customer journey in the context of end-to-end processes
