Consultant (m/w/i) Support in the further development and operational implementation of personnel and organisational development projects and programmes Conception and organisation of internal and external training Implementation of applicant management Maintenance of the seminar management database and statistics Praktikanten (m/w/i), Praktikanten (m/w/i), Praktikanten (m/w/di) and temporary staff Further development of personal marketing and employer branding Participation in staff and training fairs

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman (m/w/i), merchant (m/w/i) for office management, specialist (m/w/i) or the like, or a completed study in personnel management Ideally additional qualification in personnel development Including professional experience in staff work Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint Good German and English in Word and Scripture discretion and sense of responsibility Self-employed and structured work
