At the next time, we are looking for you as a specialist in risk management at the desired location in Bochum with the possibility of flexible mobile work. In a highly motivated team, you make a significant contribution to the stability, sustainability and agile further development of the bank by ensuring transparency about the risk situation and control-relevant information. The function includes the holistic identification, assessment, control and monitoring of risks and compliance with supervisory requirements. In addition, you support the Board of Management and Supervisory Board with sound risk analyses and meaningful reporting and contribute to the further development of risk strategy, methods, models and the integration of sustainability aspects. In this task you take: Shaping holistic risk management – You accompany all processes from risk inventory, planning and measurement to reporting to the Management Board and Supervisory Board Integrate sustainability into risk management – you combine ecological and social aspects with bank-based control processes Ensure sustainability – You carry out risk and liquidity sustainability analyses, scenarios and limit monitoring and continuously develop methods and models Creating transparency – You are responsible for the creation and further development of internal and external reporting as well as the analysis of results and derivation of recommendations for action Compliance with relevant requirements - compliance with relevant requirements (e.g. MaRisk, CRR, KWG, EBA guidelines) and accompanying internal/external audits awaits you in this position Priority Responsibility - Professional Responsibility for the Associated Controlling Priorities and their Continuous Development

For this position you ideally have: Training to/from the bank businessman/wife or business studies with Bachelor degree, combined with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience (experience preferred with VR-Control or similar applications) Risk Management and Financial Competence: Basic Understanding Risk Management Processes Funded knowledge of regulatory requirements: Safe handling of regulatory requirements (MaRisk, KWG, EBA guidelines) You penetrate and understand information in a short time, recognize connections and set meaningful priorities. Thinking in holistic structures and processes is easy for you Your proactive action leads to pragmatic and solution-oriented decisions Your cooperation is characterised by respectful and trusting and helpful handling of colleagues and internal and external partners. You respect and promote diversity and can constructively deal with conflicts, address them at an early stage and participate in the joint solution finding.

Get involved! This position is dominated by an annual income of between EUR 60,500-87,500 plus possible monthly social and local allowances.
