As an event manager at the ZEISS Forum, you are part of a dedicated team that takes care of internal events in our own location from the beginning to the end. With an eye for detail and a high level of service, you make sure that every event runs smoothly – from planning and organization to implementation to professional refurbishment. You are both a contact person for our internal customers and a host for our guests on site.

As a team, we are responsible for the planning, organisation, implementation and follow-up of internal events at ZEISS Events in our own location. maintain correspondence and advise customers in implementing their requirements (offering, telephone hotline, customer support for their own ZEISS areas) As a contact person at the reception of the ZEISS Forum for the personal care of our guests in the house and for all matters relating to the events Coordination and preparatory planning with our service partners and agencies for the successful execution of events Take over general administrative and organizational tasks in office management

A successfully completed training to the event manager (m/w/x) or a comparable qualification Mind. 2 years of professional experience in event management a structured, reliable and independent operation with a strong focus on service and customer orientation strong interface competence and organizational talent a high team capacity as well as the readiness to flexible working hours (depending on the event framework, also on weekends) a friendly appearance in the group environment and a high level of problem-solving and enthusiasm an affinity for technology and the use of digital media (e.g. Microsoft Teams) very good knowledge of MS Office programs very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
