Claims Adjuster (m/w/d) Transport Damage/Travel

Location: Frankfurt · limited for 2 years

As a damage regulator (m/w/d) in the travel cancellation business, you ensure the qualified, business-related damage/performance processing according to defined standard processes using individual powers and taking into account customer and business interests. In your role, you collect and process travel cancellation damage after defined standard processes. This includes the processing of computer technology and updating of the damage process and the testing of general claims/performance requirements. Of course, you will also check the amount of damage and provide a qualified billing or reject the claims. In addition to communication with the respective employees, e.g. customers, claimants, third parties and distributors, also on site, you take over the management of the transaction.

You are a merchant (m/w/d) or similar. In dealing with MS Office, you are naturally versed. Personally, you are convinced by decision-making skills, communication strength and strong team spirit.
